Jakub Voracek returns to Philly as Flyers try to avoid second 10-game losing streak

It would be hilarious if Columbus went on the power play and fans still yelled out “SHOOT” to Jakub Voracek. I am sure his sense of humor would be entertained.

Both teams are coming off of tough defeats. Columbus was incinerated by the Hurricanes 9-2, leaving them 5 days to lick their wounds before playing in Philadelphia. The Flyers lost their 9th straight on Tuesday in the shootout (also 0-9) after Claude Giroux attempted to drag the team into another win with a nasty bar-down high glove shot.

Fans hope that the reality of a second 10 game losing streak within the span of a few months is enough to entice players to give it their all tonight, and we shall see.
